Follow these steps to view and print your 1099-R online or use the 1099R Quick Reference Guide:

1. Log in to MySamCERA on a computer or laptop.
2. Click on Your Plan on the left navigation menu.
3. Select 1099R Tax Information.
4. Select a 1099R from the list to view and print.
