Active Members
Active members must use Workday to update their contact
information.
Retired Members
Retired members should submit an Address Change Form to SamCERA
or login into MySamCERA to update address and contact
information.
If you move out of state, California income tax will not be
withheld, and an updated Tax Withholding form must be
submitted in addition to your change of address request.
Both forms can be found on the Member
Forms page. If you are unable to download or print the
form, contact SamCERA to have a form mailed to you.
Inactive Members
