Board Meetings

The Board of Retirement’s regular meeting schedule is 10:00 a.m. on the fourth Tuesday of every month. You can find the schedule of Board meetings below. 

The Board has two standing committees: the Investment Committee and the Audit Committee. These two committees do not meet regularly, but rather meet as needed and in general, the meetings are held in the morning prior to a regular Board meeting.

Unless otherwise noted, the Board meets in the SamCERA Boardroom, on the first floor of 100 Marine Parkway, Suite 160, Redwood City, CA 94065.

The Board of Retirement welcomes your attendance and participation at its Board meetings. Copies of agendas and agenda materials are available on SamCERA’s website and in the boardroom. You are invited to express your views on any topic during the public comment period. In addition, you may address the Board on any item on the agenda when that matter is called.

There are no speaker slips, accordingly, if you wish to be heard, please raise your hand and wait for the Chair to acknowledge you. Please state your name prior to speaking.
