Learning Outcomes

  • Define what is meant by leaving a legacy and explain why it is important for individuals to consider their legacy.
  • Identify different ways that individuals can leave a legacy, such as through charitable giving, passing down family traditions, or leaving an inheritance.
  • Evaluate the impact of cultural and societal norms on legacy planning and identify strategies for navigating these factors in a global context.
  • Develop a plan for leaving a legacy that aligns with personal values and goals and implement strategies to ensure the plan is carried out effectively.
